The Lincoln Prairie Students turned an unused portion of the schoolgrounds into a native Wisconsin prairie by cleaning and preparing the site to receive the native prairie plants. They raised money through sales and aluminum can collection to maintain and expand the prairie. The teachers and the people in the community are developing a curriculum to center around the prairie and its diversity.
